LETHE Protocol paper published: A digitally supported multimodal lifestyle program to promote brain health among older adults (the LETHE randomized controlled feasibility trial): study design, progress, and first results
📣 The first LETHE Project paper is out! It presents the study design and progress of the two-year multinational trial, evaluating the feasibility of a digitally supported, adapted FINGER intervention among at-risk older adults. Its first results show excellent retention rate, over 98%, after the trial's first six months. This is promising, since specifically designed digital apps have great potential to support cost-efficient, large-scale prevention programs.
